Two Little Monkey's Jumping on the Bed

Monkeys are hot right now. Our little one's nursery is monkeys, even though she turned out to be a girl. Monkey's are just cute. I had an order placed for a scripture quilt and the theme is animals but a focus on Monkeys. I was very excited. There are not very many monkey fabrics out there so it was the perfect time to buy an applique. Here is the finished product! I was very excited about it.

APRONS

I had a friend ask me to make some aprons for Christmas presents. I am pretty sure none of the people look at this blog so it is safe to post them now. They were fun to make. I even personalized the pockets. These are a larger apron so if they were made smaller you would be able to see the ruffle a little more while someone is wearing it.

When we were expecting I made Malachi a BIG BRO shirt and since we did not know what we were having I made a lil sis and a lil bro shirt. Since Malachi was right he got his little "sisser", I have the little bro shirt left.

New Quilt Desgin

I love having friends that sew and are great at it. I was sent a new quilt design by my favorite sewer. This quilt design actually makes three quilts out of the same fabric with three different layouts.

I had the opportunity to make two quilts this week for twins who are already born.

The quilts have three scriptures on them and the child's name plus birth date since they were already born.
